Wanda Taylor

Wanda started using her daughter’s colored pencils to add a bit of color to her black ink drawings.

After experimenting with them, she came to realize creating with colored pencils wasn't much different than working with other mediums. Mixing colors on the paper, layering, color blocking, and using compliments for shading. It felt natural to her to have beautiful colors at her disposal.

Wanda also participates in art festivals during the summer and fall months in the Midwest.
